Craft Level 6 (Creative Entrepreneurship) (VTOS)

This is a course for Creative Entrepreneurs and those interested in working in the creative industries.

Through a combination of lectures, mentoring, work placements and studio work you will develop and hone your creative skills, build a business plan and gain valuable work experience in your area of expertise.

Course Content

Modules covered include Entrepreneurship, Work Practice, Studio Practice. There will be a work placement built into the programme and this will take place early in 2018.

The course is over five days.  You will have full access to facilities in the college and a designated work area for meetings, tutorials, research, etc.

Entry Requirements

All individuals who present for this course must be over 21 years of age and in receipt of a social welfare payment for a minimum of six months.

QQI L5/HND in a creative discipline – Fashion, Photography, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Pottery.  If you do not have a formal qualification but have a great creative idea and a passion for working in the arts this course may suit your needs.
