This full time Pre Apprenticeship Engineering & Technology QQI Level 5 course is designed to meet he needs of a variety of learners who wish to explore the field of Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction and Technology.

The aim of the course is for learners to develop skills, knowledge and expertise essential to providing progression opportunities to pursue an apprenticeship in a trade or in the manufacturing industry.

Entry Requirements

Candidates need to have completed Leaving Certificate, Leaving Cert Applied, Major QQI Level 4 Award or equivalent.

Student will have developed pre- apprenticeship skill which will make them eligible for an apprenticeship and employment in the field of Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction and Technology. Some of our successful students have progressed into apprenticeships with ESB – Electrical Apprenticeship, Dublin Bus – Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Apprenticeship.
