This course is for those who have a level 5 award in a Computer Networks area and want to enhance and develop those skills to work in a technical helpdesk support role. The course will enable the learner to troubleshoot issues with both on-premise hardware, software and networking, as well as virtual and cloud based environments. The course will have a focus on the customer care and effective communications of technical solutions which have been highlighted as growth areas for employment by many large IT companies.

A background in Computer Networks is required for this course. Leaving Certificate and interview. Mature students are welcome.
