This course is for those who want to enhance and develop those skills to work in a technical helpdesk support role. The course will have a focus on the customer care and effective communications of technical solutions which have been highlighted as growth areas for employment by many large IT companies.The course will enable the learner to troubleshoot issues with hardware, software and networking, as well as virtual and cloud based environments.

A background in Computer Networks is required for this course. Leaving Certificate and interview. Mature students are welcome.
