Telecoms (VTOS)

VTOS means Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme. VTOS gives unemployed adults over 21 the opportunity of returning to full time education, while retaining their benefit.

The purpose of the course is to prepare the learner with the knowledge and practical skills that are needed to work in the Telecoms industry. Practical elements such as Health & Safety and Workshop Practices are key aspects to this course.

Entry Requirements

All applicants who present for this course will be given individual guidance by qualified teachers who are in a position to make recommendations as to which courses may best suit their learning needs.

Progression

Successful students will have the opportunity to progress onto Employment within the Telecoms Industry or to Further Education.
