Technical Helpdesk Support is a level 6 course which specialises in IT areas such as Networking, Virtualisation and Technical Support Skills and will also focus on the skills required for Helpdesk Support with modules in Contact Centre Support Skills, Customer Service and Front Office Skills. 3D Modelling, Product and Printing will focus on 3D Product Design and Visualisation. Students will work with three dimensional materials, developing their design skills, detailing and prototyping methods. They will learn valuable technical and 3D visualisation skills and produce digital representations and 3D printed prototypes for manufacturing, patenting and marketing purposes.
